Trabajarás de forma cercana con distintas áreas de negocio , liderando análisis que transforman datos en decisiones.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Liderar el presupuesto anual y los pronósticos financieros del negocio.
- Construir modelos financieros avanzados , escenarios y análisis de sensibilidad.
- Analizar resultados y explicar variaciones con insights claros y accionables.
- Liderar análisis de datos cross‑funcionales (loss ratio, frecuencia, severidad, gastos) usando Power BI y Excel avanzado .
- Preparar presentaciones ejecutivas para Alta Dirección y Board.
- Optimizar procesos de forecasting, reporting y KPIs , mejorando calidad y velocidad de la información.
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades para impulsar la rentabilidad.
- Desarrollar y acompañar al equipo, elevando el estándar analítico de la función financiera.

Experiencia
- 4 a 8 años de experiencia en roles de planeación financiera, preferentemente en seguros o servicios financieros .
- Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos financieros complejos .
- Inglés intermedio–avanzado , oral y escrito.
