Operations Business Analyst
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Operations Business Analyst para sumarse a Assurant México. Buscamos una persona analítica, curiosa y con pasión por los datos, que quiera desarrollar su carrera dentro de un equipo estratégico de Business Intelligence y Analytics. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con información comercial, operativa y financiera, transformando datos en insights que impulsen la toma de decisiones y contribuyan al crecimiento del negocio.
Responsabilidades:

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards y visualizaciones en Power BI.

Analizar información operativa, comercial y de marketing para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.

Transformar, homologar, limpiar y validar datos provenientes de diferentes fuentes de información.

Crear y automatizar reportes recurrentes para distintos usuarios de negocio.

Extraer y consultar información utilizando SQL y otras herramientas analíticas.

Generar insights accionables que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Colaborar con diferentes áreas para comprender necesidades de información y traducirlas en soluciones analíticas.

Participar en iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua de procesos de datos.
Requisitos:
-
Licenciatura concluida o recién egresado en Actuaría, Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Business Analytics o carreras afines.

Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y reporting.

Experiencia en Power BI.

Será un plus contar con conocimientos de SQL para consultas y extracción de información.

Excel avanzado.

Conocimientos de transformación, limpieza y validación de datos.

Capacidad para interpretar información, identificar patrones y generar recomendaciones de negocio.

Inglés intermedio conversacional.
-
Excelentes habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y pensamiento crítico.
