Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Execution, the Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a centralized business systems professional supporting cross-portfolio operational activities within Global Connected Living Product (GCL). This role partners closely with product managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, QA, and operations to provide critical support for project coordination, business analysis, and operational excellence across multiple product lines. The position emphasizes strong product operations instincts and proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled platforms and tools across the modern enterprise ecosystem to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
The successful candidate brings analytical rigor, operational excellence, and technological adaptability to deliver tangible business value across the GCL portfolio, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams and influencing without formal authority. This role is expected to operate at the intersection of Product and Technology, reflecting an operating model where cross-functional co-ownership of delivery — not siloed handoffs — is the standard.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Product Operations & Cross-Portfolio Coordination – Serve as centralized business analysis resource supporting multiple product teams across GCL. Partner with product managers and technology partners to translate roadmaps into execution plans. Coordinate project activities across product lines and stakeholder groups, ensuring clean handoffs across teams.
- Project Execution & Delivery Management – Drive end-to-end project execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. Leverage Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for work item management and sprint planning. Coordinate UAT planning and defect triage workflows. Use AI-enabled platforms and tools — including large language models (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved LLMs), intelligent automation, and AI-augmented productivity tools — to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management – Lead requirements gathering, including BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicitation sessions. Apply AI-informed perspectives to identify automation opportunities.
- Process Improvement & AI Integration – Analyze workflows to identify inefficiency points. Develop business cases with ROI metrics. Stay current on AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise ecosystem — including intelligent automation (Power Automate, Power Apps), agent development (Copilot Studio), large language models, and emerging tools — and partner with technical teams to implement automation solutions across the GCL portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Build strong relationships across product, marketing, communications, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams. Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences. Manage stakeholder expectations and influence without formal authority.
- Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement – Develop dashboards for leadership visibility, leveraging modern tooling including AI-assisted analysis and Microsoft Power Platform. Identify process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management – Maintain up-to-date process documentation. Create training materials and executive-ready summaries. Ensure documentation standards are followed across the portfolio.
