Senior Demand Planner

This role owns end-to-end demand and supply planning for device programs, including procurement forecasting, repair/remanufacturing planning, and planning data integrity. You will partner closely with actuarial, finance, operations, and IT teams to deliver accurate forecasts, maintain planning systems, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Develop and maintain device demand, supply, and procurement forecasts across all clients (including CPO solutions)
  • Partner with actuarial teams to refine claims forecasts and improve forecast accuracy
  • Produce repair/remanufacturing candidate forecasts to support service programs
  • Contribute to financial re-forecasting (device mix assumptions, variance tracking, biweekly updates)
  • Manage and maintain planning data, including inventory, pipeline, device lifecycle, and migration matrices
  • Deliver reporting on inventory (on-hand, WIP, open POs) and planning performance
  • Communicate supply chain impacts to forecasting and financial stakeholders
  • Own planning tool accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation, controls, and governance standards
  • Support system enhancements, migrations, and integrations (including order management systems)
  • Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance
  • Support client-specific procurement projections and operational planning needs
  • Develop training materials and enable adoption of planning tools across teams
  • Establish and monitor control frameworks, audits, and escalation paths for planning data and systems
  • Ensure business continuity, security compliance, and operational standards are upheld

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of supply chain planning, forecasting, or operations experience
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills (data modeling, analysis, reporting)
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • CPIM or other supply chain certification
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with forecasting/planning systems (e.g., ACPC or similar platforms)

Pay Range

$74,600.00 - $124,700.00
