Overview of Position
The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Analyst supports the Global Corporate Real Estate organization by transforming complex portfolio, financial, occupancy, lease, project, facilities, workplace, sustainability, and employee data into accurate reporting, actionable insights, and decision-support materials.
This role combines advanced analytics, data governance, business intelligence, technology enablement, and practical artificial intelligence capabilities with strong corporate real estate knowledge. The analyst develops dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, scenario models, business cases, and executive presentations that support portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, capital investment, lease decisions, operational improvement, and long-term planning.
The successful candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and able to communicate complex findings clearly to executive, financial, operational, and technical audiences while partnering effectively across functions and with external service providers.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Data Analytics, Governance & Portfolio Analysis (25%)

Collect, cleanse, reconcile, validate, manipulate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external systems.

Maintain data standards, definitions, ownership, validation procedures, business rules, quality controls, and documentation across Corporate Real Estate data sources.

Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies and root causes, and coordinate remediation with internal teams and external service providers.

Analyze occupancy cost, utilization, lease activity, facilities operations, capital projects, sustainability, workplace experience, employee work arrangements, and portfolio risk.

Develop key performance indicators, benchmarks, forecasts, trends, scenario models, and ad hoc analyses to support portfolio optimization, site consolidation, workplace strategy, lease decisions, and capital investment.
Business Intelligence, Reporting & Technology (25%)

Build, manage, and continuously enhance centralized dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and analytical platforms for site-level and consolidated portfolio reporting.

Translate business requirements into scalable data, reporting, visualization, and technology solutions using advanced Excel and business-intelligence tools.

Automate recurring data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve the speed, consistency, and reliability of insights.

Support system integrations, data pipelines, interfaces, data warehousing, application programming interfaces, and connections between source systems and reporting platforms.

Maintain recurring Real Estate & Facilities metrics, balanced scorecards, capital budgeting, fixed-asset reporting, and operational reporting as required.
Artificial Intelligence & Innovation (20%)

Serve as a Corporate Real Estate resource for artificial intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging analytical technologies.

Identify, prioritize, test, and implement practical AI use cases for document analysis, lease abstraction, portfolio research, forecasting, data-quality monitoring, executive reporting, and employee-service delivery.

Partner with Technology, Information Security, Legal, Risk, and Data Governance teams to support responsible and policy-compliant AI adoption.

Develop user guidance, demonstrations, training materials, and adoption support while maintaining awareness of developments in AI, analytics, commercial real estate technology, and workplace intelligence.
Executive Reporting & Decision Support (20%)

Convert complex data and analysis into clear, concise business recommendations, dashboards, scorecards, business cases, and executive presentations.

Communicate portfolio performance, risks, trends, opportunities, business impact, and recommended actions through effective data visualization and storytelling.

Tailor reporting for executive, operational, financial, and technical audiences and support annual planning, quarterly reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder & Program Support (10%)

Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Technology, Risk, Sustainability, Security, and regional teams to define business questions, reporting requirements, and priorities.

Coordinate cross-functional analytics and technology initiatives, including plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, adoption, and performance measures.

Maintain productive relationships with service providers, technology vendors, consultants, and data partners; support continuous improvement and other analyses identified by leadership.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, finance, real estate, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
-
Five or more years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, technology, corporate real estate, finance, or a related discipline.

Experience developing complex analyses, dashboards, reports, data-quality processes, or technology-enabled solutions using information from multiple systems.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data modeling, scenario analysis, charts, and large-dataset manipulation.

Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable business-intelligence platform.

Understanding of data governance, data quality, master data, business definitions, controls, validation, and ownership.

Professional experience using artificial intelligence or generative AI tools and an understanding of responsible-use considerations.

Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills.

Ability to translate technical or analytical findings into clear business recommendations, manage multiple priorities independently, and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

Masters degree in a relevant field.
Professional Experience

Experience supporting a geographically dispersed corporate real estate portfolio or working within a Fortune 500 company.

Knowledge of portfolio strategy, transactions, lease administration, occupancy planning, facilities management, capital projects, workplace experience, sustainability, financial modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, and scenario planning.

Experience with integrated workplace management systems, lease-administration platforms, facility-management systems, occupancy technologies, or corporate real estate databases.

Experience working with outsourced service providers, technology vendors, consultants, and cross-functional global teams.
Knowledge and Skills

Working knowledge of SQL, Python, DAX, data warehouses, cloud platforms, application programming interfaces, or data-integration tools.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot.

Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, large language models, intelligent automation, or predictive analytics.

Intermediate or advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong data-visualization and storytelling capabilities.

Relevant certification in analytics, data governance, artificial intelligence, project management, Power BI, or commercial real estate.
