Coordinate cross-functional project plans to ensure successful launches.

• Optimize supply chain costs: Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities across transportation, warehousing, packaging, network design, and provider contracts. Support freight and third-party billing audits and total-cost-to-serve analysis.

• Improve operational performance: Monitor critical logistics and supply chain KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), order cycle time, inventory accuracy, damage rates, repair performance, and cost per unit. Apply data-driven root-cause analysis to resolve performance gaps and operational bottlenecks.

• Build best-in-class practices across regions: Assess established operations, processes, contracts, and supplier-management practices; identify opportunities for improvement; support regional supply chain teams; and promote the sharing and standardization of successful practices across the international organization.
