Supply Chain Supervisor

Purpose

Lead the end-to-end management for the Device Care Center (DCC) in Mexico, overseeing logistics, diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, and fulfillment processes. Ensure delivery of operational KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times, while acting as the single point of contact between Assurant and third-party providers (3PL), with regular on-site oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor management and performance , including KPI ownership, budget control, cost optimization initiatives, and regular performance reviews with key stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence , ensuring efficiency, process standardization, and ongoing enhancements across 3PL operations.

  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and business continuity , covering warranty security, regulatory adherence, business rules enforcement, and contingency planning.

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics and operations , including import/export activities and coordination of 3PL execution across the value chain.

  • Ensure technical and quality excellence , acting as the main technical liaison for repair, refurbishment, and triage processes while promoting and supervising process and device quality.

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing operations (Warehouse & Distribution), or 5 years of 3PL vendor management, KPI´s and inventory control experience, for electronic/mobile products.

Specific experience on Mobile repairs business can be a plus.

Specific Knowledge

Advanced in Excel, Power BI and data analytics tools.

ERP/WMS expert or solid knowledge.

Mobile device´s technical knowledge.

Lean/Six Sigma solid knowledge would be a plus.

English: Intermediate.
