  • Access to a 24/7 virtual mentor to help solve a problem, give advice, or just to help you think of something in a different way.
  • A range of live facilitated and on-line learning sessions that help grow core management skills.
  • Peer Groups – bringing small groups of people managers together, from around the globe, to learn from and support one another.
  • Internal mentoring by a senior leader, carefully matching mentor experiences with mentee  development goals.
  • 1-to-1 coaching (coaches selected from a wide external coaching network).
  • 360 Assessments – to enable our people managers to gain feedback from those they work with the most.

We even have a dedicated program for those employees aspiring to become a people manager! Plus, a range of options for emerging talent, if people managers wish to progress to more senior roles.

Own Your Career

To further enable people to grow their skills to perform today, tomorrow, and in the future, we’ve launched tools and resources to put every employee in the driver’s seat to “Own Your Career.” We’ve developed resources to support short and long-term goals, whether that’s to develop skills or grow in your current role, assume a new role, or even progress into a people leader role. Own Your Career support resources will help you determine how to own your career, provide increased visibility of your skills and experiences to managers, enable effective career and development planning conversations, and help you with creating individual development plans.
