Our Device Repair Centre
Based in Staffordshire, our modern and sustainable Device Care Centre forms part of our extensive global supply chain ecosystem, so a device that arrives in Staffordshire can be repaired, reconditioned, and added to our stock supply anywhere in the world. It is how we keep 54 million devices worldwide protected and connected.
As well as Operations, you can find our other Supply Chain functions, including Engineering, Asset Disposition, Quality, and Continuous Improvement all based at our Device Care Centre. All our teams work closely together to provide the best customer experience, creating opportunities for employee development and progression.
Situated on Tunstall Trade Park, the site is easy to access via transport links. We have free onsite car parking as well as storage facility for bikes and e-scooters.
There's a true community spirit at the Device Care Centre, with teams often working closely together on projects as well as joining in events including fundraising to support local charities and communities.
