• Analizar procesos e identificar  tendencias y oportunidades de mejora .
• Dar seguimiento y validar el cumplimiento de  SLA’s .
• Detectar desviaciones y proponer  soluciones operativas eficientes , sin perder el enfoque en el cliente.
• Impulsar mejoras de proceso y asegurar la correcta  implementación de cambios .
• Participar activamente en la operación diaria, con atención al detalle y mentalidad de mejora continua.
