Overview of Position  

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Optimization Specialist to join our Marketing Platforms team. This role will be responsible for improving the performance, quality, measurement, and effectiveness of enterprise marketing programs by driving reporting, optimization, campaign validation, and process improvement initiatives.

The specialist will work closely with lifecycle marketers, campaign execution teams, analytics partners, and marketing technology stakeholders to ensure customer communications and marketing programs are accurately implemented, effectively measured, and continuously optimized.

This role is ideal for someone who combines experience in email marketing, marketing automation, performance analysis, reporting, and operational excellence, with a passion for transforming data into actionable business recommendations.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Support and audit lifecycle marketing programs, email campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Validate campaign implementations, audience selection, personalization logic, dynamic content, tracking parameters, and deployment readiness.

  • Partner with campaign execution teams to ensure marketing programs follow established standards and best practices.

  • Establish KPI frameworks, reporting baselines, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance.

  • Analyze campaign and operational performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Create and maintain reporting cadences that support accountability, performance monitoring, and business decision-making.

  • Support UAT and campaign testing activities to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and validated prior to launch.

  • Conduct audits of marketing processes, campaign configurations, documentation, and reporting practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

  • Document optimization initiatives, testing methodologies, governance processes, and operational standards.

  • Partner with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives and support marketing automation best practices.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Operations, Email Marketing, Campaign Optimization, or related disciplines.

  • Experience supporting email marketing and customer lifecycle programs.

  • Experience performing campaign validation, testing activities, deployment readiness reviews, or UAT processes.

  • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, technology, and business stakeholders.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, reporting, or lifecycle campaign management.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar technologies.

  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.

  • Experience with campaign tracking methodologies, UTM governance, attribution, and digital analytics.

  • Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation programs, and campaign optimization initiatives.

  • Knowledge of workflow automation, reporting automation, and operational process improvement.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications or analytics certifications are a plus.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed, or Center of Excellence environments.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Position based in Argentina. Flexible schedule with limited after-hours meeting expectations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment. The position involves regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and a continuous focus on optimization, reporting, and operational excellence.
