Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager leads device processing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is accountable for production performance, quality standards, workforce development, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee supervisors and technical teams to ensure production goals and customer SLAs are consistently met.

This is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead and supervise supervisors and production staff to execute device processing in line with company standards and work instructions
  • Drive production performance, ensuring quality, throughput, and SLA targets are met
  • Monitor workflows, enforce quality controls, and implement reporting systems to track KPIs
  • Partner with leadership to set daily production plans, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimize operations through line balancing, WIP reduction, and process improvements
  • Coach, train, and develop team members; foster a positive, high-performance culture
  • Implement and improve operational systems, procedures, and workforce planning
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments
  • Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience collaborating across functions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, high-energy approach
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic or startup-like environments

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • 10+ years of operations or production leadership experience
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in ISO 9001 or R2-certified environments
  • Background in mobile device processing, repair, or OEM manufacturing
  • Familiarity with electronics tools and device processing technologies

Pay Range

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00
